STARFEST DIRECT COMPENSATION PLAN
StarFest Direct is proud to present a revolutionary Compensation Plan that we have built from the ground up with top leaders in the network marketing industry. StarFest Direct compensation is focused on generating income for the sale of products and creating Personal Sales Volume (PSV). Our desire is to encourage IDs to build their organizations by offering a very lucrative compensation plan with increasingly larger rewards as they grow their organization.
There are seven (7) ways to earn income with the StarFest Direct compensation plan, potentially giving you multiple streams of income:
- Retail Profits. All Associates and Independent Dealers (IDs can sell StarFest Direct™ Products from their personal website and receive Direct Sales Commissions (DSC) calculated daily and paid weekly from Retail sales.)
- Fast Start Bonus (FSB) for sales in a 30 Day calendar month. 15% - 25% on wholesale products.
- Star Maker Bonus (SMB) encourages duplication form PSV created in a 30 Day Calendar month.
- Star Producer Pool (share in 6% of the company's Global Commission Volume (GCV) paid monthly).
- Royalty Commissions (Binary Pay) 10% of the Pay Leg.
- Check Match (unlimited width 7 levels with generational pay if qualified).
- Lifestyle Bonus $250.00-$2,500.00 USD paid monthly.

Leadership Ranks
As you grow your business, you can advance up in Leadership Ranks and qualify to earn additional bonuses, commissions, and awards within the very lucrative Compensation Plan – see Compensation Plan At-A-Glance.
Distributor Levels:
Independent Dealer (ID): An Independent Dealer, who has made the decision by paying $39.99 for an annual starter kit and has created Personal Sales Volume from StarFest Direct™ products, is given the status Independent Dealer USA, Canada and Mexico.
Special Recognized Accomplishments
1 Star Club is awarded to IDs who have personally sponsored 2 IDs, one on their left team and one on their right team who have each enrolled 2 IDs, one on the left team and one on the right team.
2 Star Club is awarded to IDs who have personally sponsored 4 IDs, two on the left team and two on the right team who have each sponsored two in the left team and two on the right team. 2 Star IDs earn a check match on levels 1-2 beginning with qualifications of Bronze, receive a 10% match on personally sponsored level-1 Bronze Director IDs, and receive 5% on 2nd level Bronze Director. 2 Star IDs must maintain 2 Star Club Status to receive check match*.
3 Star Club is awarded to IDs who have personally sponsored 8 IDs, four on the left team and four on the right team who have each sponsored two in the left team and two on the right team. 3 Star IDs earn a check match on levels 1-4 beginning with qualifications of Bronze, receive a 25% match on personally sponsored level-1 Bronze Director IDs, and receive 5% on 2nd, 3rd, 4th level Bronze Director. 3 Star IDs must maintain 3 Star Club Status to receive check match*.
4 Star Club is awarded to IDs who have each sponsored 16 IDs, eight on the left team and eight on the right team who have each sponsored two on the left team and two on the right team. 4 Star IDs earn a check match on levels 1-7 beginning with qualifications of Bronze, receive a 50% match on personally sponsored level-1 Bronze Director IDs, and receive 5% on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, level Bronze Director. 4 Star IDs must maintain 4 Star Club Status to receive check match*.

Executive Leadership Levels (Listed below are the one time qualifications required to be recognized at a specific Executive Leadership Levels** and begins Generation Pay Compensation***.)
Diamond Executive
Earned $10,000 total income* (or more) in a calendar month and personally sponsored 2 Gold Directors at least 1 on the Power Team
Blue Diamond
Earned $25,000 total income* (or more) in a calendar month and personally sponsored 4 Gold Directors at least 2 on the Power Team
Black Diamond
Earned $50,000 total income* (or more) in a calendar month and personally sponsored 8 Gold Directors at least 3 on the Power Team
Crown Diamond
Earned $100,000 total income* (or more) in a calendar month and personally sponsored 12 Gold Directors at least 4 on the Power Team
* Total income includes Retail Profit, Fast Start Bonus Commissions, Star Producer Pool, Royalty Commissions (Binary Pay) and Check Match (bonuses earned through four levels Check Match only – excluding Check Match bonuses earned from Gold Rank and above).
** IMPORTANT: Please note that for the Leadership Ranks above, the ID will earn commissions equal to their "paid as" rank, which may not always be at the highest Leadership Rank they have earned. However, they will never lose their recognized Leadership Rank and will always be recognized as the highest Leadership Rank they have achieved.
*** Generation Compensation: All ID Diamond Executive level and above will count as a generational check match compensation. (A generation is marked as an active Diamond Executive who has a minimum of $10,000 of total income (or more) in a calendar month and personally sponsored 2 Gold Directors at least 1 on the Power Team.)
IMPORTANT: AS AN ADDED BONUS - Every ID who personally enrolls 10 qualified IDs in a calendar month will automatically qualify for the 50% Wealth Building Check Match Bonus during their first 60 days, beginning on the day in the month they personally purchased StarFest Direct™ and ending on the 60th day (two months).
Upgrades
Every ID who enrolls in the pre launch period will have the option to personally purchase StarFest Direct™ package for personal use without the $39.99 distributor fee. When pre launch has ended, all new IDs will need to pay the full price for the Distributor Package ($39.99) and purchase StarFest Direct™ for personal use. In the case that a neither a distributor package or products are purchased, the ID will be downgraded to the free Associate position. All Fast Start Bonuses will be paid on this personal purchase of StarFest Direct™ and the CV will be as if it were an initial purchase.
