How do I contact customer care?

  You may contact customer care at customercare@starfestdirect.com or for general questions, email: info@starfestdirect.com. If you have questions or requests regarding your virtual office, website, order, or other business related issue, please send all requests through the trouble ticket system in your virtual office. Login to your virtual office, and click on "Customer Care" under the main menu called "SUPPORT."

How does StarFest Direct promote its products?

  We promote our product lines through our television programming, online TV subscribers, websites, events, and Associate Members, and Independent Dealers. All leads and sales are forwarded to an Associate member and/or Independent Dealer based on location and membership.

Can I make purchases in other currencies beside U.S. Dollars?

  We currently take only U.S. funds for the purchase of our product lines; however, we are going to be adding an international payment system in our Associates' and Dealers' virtual offices soon.

  You will have a unique website URL which you requested during the enrollment process and which can be located in the My Profile section of the Artest Direct Virtual Office.  The website URL usually looks something like www.starfestdirect.com/yourname. Login now.

How do I login to my Virtual Office Communication System (VOCS)?

  You enter your StarFest Associate Dealer number as your username or the name you selected during enrollment and the password you selected at the time of enrollment. If you are still having trouble with your login, please email customercare@starfestdirect.com.

How can I become an StarFest Direct artist or licensed athlete?

  If you are interested in becoming one of our licensed artists or athletes, please email submissions@artfestinternational.com your contact information along with any pertinent information to our advisory council such as a biography, digital photos of your artwork, style or unique story, sports or current team information, etc. Our advisory council will review your information and will get back to you. StarFest Direct Authenticated Collectibles

How do I order an Authenticated Collectible?

 

You may order Authenticated Collectibles by clicking on a Shop Now button on the website.  If this does not take you to an order catalog, then you need to contact the Associate Member or Independent Dealer who referred you to StarFest Direct and get their personalized URL, so that you may shop online.

What makes an StarFest Direct Limited Edition print a wise purchase?

  Foremost is the fact that the Authenticated Collectibles industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and artists as well as the buying public are subject to fraud.  Our process of Authentication protects both you and the artist, therefore providing you with a REAL authenticated collectible that has value.

Are the autographs real?  How can I be sure?

 

The autographs are very real!  In fact each autograph is witnessed by a trained Authenticator that photographs the signing, thus giving you, the highest quality assurance of authentication.  To understand all our steps of authentication, view our Authentication process.

How long does it take to receive my Authenticated StarFest Direct Collectible?

  Due to the nature of some of the artist's schedules, we ask that you allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery of your product.

What should I do to protect my Authenticated StarFest Direct Collectible?

  Although your collectible has been created from water resistant artist grade canvas and the best inks available in the industry, we recommend that you treat it with care so you may have years of personal enjoyment.

How much does it cost to become an Associate member of StarFest Direct?

  Becoming an Associate Member is FREE! No purchases are required to become an Associate and to start earning commissions.

Is there a minimum dollar amount of product that I must purchase?

  Absolutely not, both members, independent dealers, and preferred customers purchase our products based on what they like and want.

How old do you have to be to participate in the compensation and rewards program?

  You must be the age of majority for the jurisdiction in which you live.

Do I have to agree to anything to be a StarFest Direct Associate?

 

You do have to agree to the Associate Agreement which may be viewed online HERE or you can download it HERE..

Do I have to own my own computer to participate?

  Owning a computer with an Internet connection is not necessary but it is certainly more convenient.  If you don't have your own computer, you may utilize cyber cafés, the public library, StarFest Direct, or use a friend or family member's computer.

Do I have to purchase product to earn money?

  Absolutely not!  StarFest Direct compensation and rewards program is designed so that no matter what you have for resources, you can succeed with effort and dedication to goals and a business plan.

Do I have to purchase collectibles on a regular basis to maintain my StarFest Direct Associate Member and/or Independent Dealer Compensation Program membership and buying privileges?

 

You do not have to purchase regularly to maintain membership status; however, if you have obtained certain status rankings, you may have qualifications to maintain.  Please refer to the COMPENSATION AND REWARDS PROGRAM for complete details.

8.

If I should die, what happens to my status as an Associate member or Independent Dealer and my compensation and rewards I've earned?

  Upon the death of an Associate Member or Independent Dealer, the rights and responsibilities of the Associate or Dealer are passed on to the rightful heir(s) as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction. The heir(s) if, but only if, that individual or entity confirms in writing within ninety (90) days that he or she shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Associate and Dealer Agreement.

How soon will I receive funds in my Virtual Account?

  Any commissions earned are deposited weekly (usually on Friday) into your commission account.  It's that easy and fast!

How soon can I withdraw fund from my Virtual Account?

  We have a five (5) day grace period for withdrawal of funds, which protects the company and you from fraudulent activity.

15.

If I request a check from my virtual account how soon is it processed?

  We process checks weekly on Fridays for all requests that have been received by each Wednesday. In other words, check requests made before Wednesday are paid on Friday.

Is there a minimum amount I can withdraw from my virtual account?

  We allow check requests for amounts of twenty-five ($25) dollars or more.

Is there a check processing fee when I make a withdrawal from my virtual account?

  Yes, there is a nominal check processing fee of four ($4) dollars per check issued.

What is the fee to move someone in my downline?

  All structure or downline moves have a fee. Downline moves start at $75 and will increase based on the timeframe the dealer being moved has been a dealer. If you must do a move, please submit your request through the trouble ticket system in your virtual office, and customer care will provide you with a fee quote to make the move. Most moves can be accomplished for the the standard $75 fee.

Is the StarFest Direct affiliated with another art compensation program?

  Other than Art Channel Galleries and the Art Channel TV, StarFest Direct is not affiliated with any other art compensation program. Beware of imitations, StarFest Direct is truly unique.
