1. Retail Profit
Associates and IDs can sell products at retail from their website and earn between 15% and 25% resulting in direct sales commissions (DSC). Every sale made from the website or from commissions that are paid to our Associates and IDs each week. All sales count towards PSV on each a calendar month. All Active IDs are paid a full 25% commission on all orders placed from their personal website over $100.

2. Fast Start Bonus (FSB)
Fast Start Bonuses are designed to immediately reward initial product sales, motivate a supportive team effort, and inspire leadership development for all IDs. All IDs can earn the FSB upon sponsoring another ID who creates PSV, without being an "active" ID with a minimum of two sales of StarFest Direct Products™ in a calendar month basis. PSV (Personal Sales Volume of $100) maximizes commissions for the month.

3. Star Maker Bonus (SMB)
All ID's who Develop to Star ranks in a calendar month will receive SMB. Initial products sold or purchased on left and right sales teams. Star Rankings begin with a personal left and or right sale in any order. This bonus is "10%" and must be within a calendar month.

4. Star Producer Pool (share in 6% of the company's Global Commission Volume 2% Team Builder Pool)

2% of Global Commission Volume (GCV) every month is put into a New Producer Pool and shared based on earned shares, with new producers who accomplish one or more Star Maker Cycles within a calendar month.

The New Producer Pool is available to ALL qualified IDs who have earned less than $5,000 per month (total income) during the current month. This is not only for new IDs. Anytime an ID's total monthly income falls below this level, they are eligible for participation in the New Producer Pool.

The above are different examples of a Star Maker Cycle. You can have multiple Star Maker Cycles building during the same month. Any individual Star Maker Cycle must be completed within the calendar month if you want it to qualify for shares.

When you encourage your new ID to personally purchase StarFest Direct Products™. They receive greater value by receiving up to 25% Retail Profits from each unit sold form personal web sales and can participate in Fast Start Bonuses with each ID personally enrolled. Participating IDs all benefit by potentially qualifying for more shares in the New Producer Pool.

It is important to encourage the PSV sales because personal sales speed up the commission and bonus cycles in the compensation plan and you can receive the highest qualified amount of shares.

5. Royalty Commissions (Binary Pay)
This is a two-team building strategy. It is one of the most powerful business-building strategies because of the synergistic team-building leverage and cooperative effort created between IDs. This gives beginners a real opportunity at significant success while allowing experienced professionals the opportunity to earn extraordinary income as they help others achieve success.

IDs will receive 10% of the CV of the team which has the lesser volume, this is the "Pay Team" if they are "active" (PSV of 100 CV or more per month) and "qualified" (sponsor 2 IDs- one on the right and one on the left). If the Pay Team CV was 5,000, then the Team Royalty for the month would be 10% of 5,000 CV = $500. The team with the larger amount of CV is named "Power Team".

An ID can "bank" 400K CV in a calendar month - $40K earnings potential per month for any ID who is not a Diamond Executive.

All Diamond Executives and above can "bank" up to 1 million CV in a calendar month - $100K earnings potential per month for any Diamond Executive.

IMPORTANT: To "bank" CV the ID needs to be "active" and "qualified".

6. Check Match (unlimited width 7 level/generational pay)
The StarFest Direct Compensation Plan pays a 10-50% Wealth Building Check Match on the Team Royalty (Binary Pay) of anyone you have personally sponsored. You also receive a Wealth Building Check Match on their personally sponsored IDs. Ultimately, you can get paid through seven levels in depth and you can qualify for generational pay. Our cutting edge system is designed to benefit you. When someone you personally sponsored is placed many levels deep in your binary organizational chart, they are still connected to you and are considered as your first level with regards to your Wealth Building Check Match organizational chart. A generation is marked when you have qualified as a 4 Star. You are paid in your sales organization to the next 4 Star. This marks your first level in generational pay.

After all different types of commissions are calculated, any remaining commissions, up to the 50% maximum company payout, are allocated to the Wealth Building Check Match.
